We Can Find And Dismantle any car

Our company specializes in dismantling and exporting them various countries

How dose It Works

Contract and Deposit

A 10% deposit on the estimated vehicle value is required before we purchase it for dismantling. You can choose to buy in bulk or follow a pay-as-you-go approach. A deposit of 10% per vehicle is required until you accumulate enough for a full container (typically 20-28 vehicles for a 40-foot container, depending on dismantling preferences). Once the vehicle arrives at our yard, we will issue an invoice for the remaining cost and associated work. Work will commence after the total amount is paid in full.

Dismantling List & Labeling

After the vehicle purchase, you need to complete a dismantling list and provide a labeling sequence to help us and you to identify parts easily. We will label all car parts accordingly.

Container Load & Shipping

We anticipate needing about a month to gather enough vehicles for a full container. At present, we can dismantle 4-5 cars per day for a single client, which means a full container can be processed and loaded in roughly one week. Several clients are being processed concurrently. Due to customs clearance procedures, please expect that the container will leave Japan approximately two to three weeks from the commencement of dismantling.

How Much Will It Cost?

To calculate costs, please check our Dismantling Calculator bellow. Here’s how it works:

  • Go to our auction portal, then choose statistics. Select the car make, model, year, displacement, and desired mileage.

You can use the guest credentials:

Login– JapanTrek

Password– 2KvrbAC69

  • View auction statistics (using the data from last month for accurate pricing).
  • Sort by price to identify the lowest expected cost.
  • Input the car price into the calculator and add:

– Auction house Name (For the location)

– Recycling tax (as listed on the auction sheet)

– Packing level for the parts

The calculator will then provide the total cost, excluding shipping. For individual buyers (single-car dismantling), select bespoke packing to ensure parts are securely packed for transport as they would travel via pallet.

Budgeting Tip

If you have a set budget, work backwards: decide on the maximum amount you are willing to spend. Input the desired car cost in the calculator, end result will be your maximum auction bid, ensuring you do not exceed your budget.

Cons – that you may think of

❌ Higher Initial Cost: At first glance, this method may seem more expensive. However, when you factor in all the associated expenses, the overall cost may be comparable—or even lower—than handling it yourself.
Hiring your own worker comes with significant costs, including wages, benefits, and administrative expenses. Beyond that, there are opportunity costs: purchasing stock you might not need, handling logistics, managing paperwork, and spending time searching for the right personnel. These tasks can divert your focus from more critical aspects of your business, making outsourcing a more efficient and cost-effective option.

❌ Bulk Purchases: When dismantling a vehicle, you acquire all its parts, even if you only need one (e.g., an engine). This can lead to excess components that may not be immediately useful. However, one advantage is that all parts are removed carefully, ensuring they remain in their original condition. That said, if a vehicle arrives damaged, we’re not miracle workers—we can’t restore it to a brand-new state

❌ No On-Site Supervision: As a business owner, you want to ensure you receive exactly what you expect without any risk of inferior products. Since you cannot oversee the dismantling or packing process in person, this may seem like a concern.
That said, we’ve anticipated this and provide full photo and video documentation at every stage, including:
Initial vehicle photos

  • Video of the engine and odometer in operation
  • Test drive to check for suspension, gearbox issues, or damage
  • Video of dismantled vehicle
  • Container loading process

This thorough documentation ensures full transparency, giving you confidence in the quality and handling of your purchase.

Industry Outlook

The global used auto parts market is evolving due to the effects of the post-pandemic period and the ongoing Ukraine conflict. Scrap yards are receiving fewer vehicles, leading to worker downtime and financial strain. Our service offers a reliable alternative to ensure a steady supply of high-quality parts.

The choice is yours – take advantage of this opportunity or continue with traditional scrap yard sourcing.
